Sometimes our quality team asks for changes to your quote or study before it moves forward. The lab's request shows up at the top of the quote.
Find the request
Go to Stability studies.
Open the quote with a Changes Requested quote status.
A Changes requested banner at the top of the quote shows the lab's notes about what they'd like to change.
Your options
From the quote, you can:
Update your schedule.
Update your analytes.
Resubmit the full review to ignore the changes requested.
Resubmitting the full review ignores the changes the lab requested.
