What happens during quality review

After you submit a stability study quote, our quality team reviews it before the study is locked in. Review usually takes one business day.

What the quality team checks

The team confirms that everything in your quote looks correct: the feasibility, the schedule, and the price.

If they think a test or a time point is missing, they'll share their recommendations with you.

They'll also tell you the minimum amount of product we need to run the study. The minimum depends on how many tests and time points are in the study.

After you submit, your quote shows a Pending Review status on the Stability studies page, along with its quote number.

When the team finishes, the quote's status updates on your study:

Lab Approved: The quote is ready for you to confirm and start. See Approve and start your stability study.
Changes Requested: The lab wants something changed first. See Respond when the lab requests changes.
